All summer I plan to run contests on facebook…. so be sure your my friend on the business page and make sure I show up in your news feed!!! Earlier I ran a contest for the FIRST past client to post their favorite photo I’d taken during a session and tag me…. Melanie won that along with news that retouching services have been added to the proofing gallery! Wahoooo…. Then yesterday a contest started again, post your favorite photo and whomever received the most ‘likes’ on their page, after tagging my business page, would get a 6×9 mounted metallic print! The contest ended at 10am this morning so I had to quickly visit pages and count the ‘likes’!!! The winner is Jill with 127 likes!!! Second place goes to newlywed Alisha with 64 likes!!! Third place was a CLOSE race with Jordan, Courtney, and Lauren! Thank you all for posting your favorites. It was a fun walk down memory lane…. Be sure to keep playing in these contests…. you can keep winning EVEN if you have already won… this is open and always fair! 🙂 Plus, competition will do everyone good!
This image was taken back in 2009…. in those days I was doing TWO HOUR family sessions. Gahhh…. I can imagine my families with small children and hunger approaching near the end of the session. Granted, we stayed moving the entire time (you were getting 200+ different images… THIS session was 323 final images delivered!!!!!) but these days I think that is waaaaay toooo long…. All the daddies can thank me we are down to one hour now for the full sessions!!
Jill’s image comment: Mike was home on leave from Afghanistan in 2009, so it was a very special family photo shoot for us! This shoot overall is still my favorite out of all the ones we’ve done with you. And to think, the one in a couple weeks will be #5 with you!
