This weekend it was quite a winter wonderland in our part of Ohio. Snow, snow, snow, and more snow. What a perfect setting for a Fairy Tea Party at Clara J’s Tea House.
Complete with a fairy entrance too!
Clara J’s is my absolute favorite place to bring out of town guests and my nieces! When I heard about their Fairy Tea Party I knew I had to capture the event to share with everyone! I made these cute party cards for guests so they’d have keepsake photography.
Rebecca is the proprietor, and is the ultimate host! Here she is showing the most intricate fairy book I’ve ever seen. I was always fascinated by the idea of fairies as a little girl myself. She planned special fairy treats each pixie could dip into and have their fill… Fairy Natalie was the seating host and lead the reading of the fairy code (each guest was given the code as a bookmark). The fairy code was also posted as decor for all to read and remember to be cheerful, neat, polite, friendly, work hard, generous, honest, keep secrets, kind, and humorous.

Throughout and after the tea party I was capturing the cutest pixies! Every girl picked what they were a fairy for…. of course we had a Fairy of Flowers!
