High Tea | St Marks

This is my second time coming to St Mark’s High Tea event for Mother’s Day. I absolutely LOVE how the church hall is transformed into a high tea party fit for the Queen. Ladies come together for a relaxing 2-hour event that raises money for St Marks CU. The High Tea is fully catered by St Marks volunteers for bottomless tea, coffee, or pink lemonade. This year the menu included scones with jam and cream, carrot & pineapple cake with cream cheese topping, butterfly cakes, brownies, lemon tarts, lamingtons, ham & cheese mini quiche, cucumber sandwiches, ham & cheese sandwiches, eggs salad sandwiches. Dallas Love Photography sponsored a Photo Booth decorated like a fanciful high tea party with a silver tea set with props from Annie’s Old Wares. To see the entire event photos visit the GALLERY.

Wherever you are in life, a “just because” mini session on a whim can be that memory you smile back on again and again.

We’re up at Tamborine Mountain quite a bit these days, which means we get to offer minis in some pretty incredible rainforest spots — the kind of places that just might become your new favourite spots, too.

No milestone required. No special occasion. Just you, your people, and some time together. #mounttamborine
Something about choosing a special place and being in the moment together.
Yesterday was a GOOD one. For the first time I photographed my couple in this paper bark tree lane...normally there are cars parked on either side but we had this cozy spot all to ourselves last night. Tamborine Mountain Glades, you never disappoint. #tamborinemountainwedding
