I met Jordan + Elise at the start of the summer when I had just moved back to So. Carolina. I was so excited to book a South Carolina wedding again since I had been in Ohio for the past 8 years. Especially a Charleston wedding…. my favorite city on the southern coast! The ceremony took place at St. Luke’s Chapel followed by a reception at The American Theater. Jordan + Elise did decide to do a “first look” but with Jordan blind folded!! Normally blind folded sessions are more posed… but these two made it their own! As you look at the photos it seems as if Jordan could see his bride with his emotions by just being near her! However, seeing him being guided across the grounds I can guarantee you he couldn’t see a THING. 🙂
A noteworthy detail…. the ring “pillow” was a great grandmother’s bible – sooo very touching! Also, the cake!! Yep… best icing I’ve had in my life!! Tasted like cream cheese but wasn’t. Sooooo good. FISH did an awesome job catering too… yum yum yum. 🙂 Yes…. foodie at heart. I go to weddings for the cake… oh…. and to be the photographer. hahahaha
