These two… wow. What a fun day we had at the Maleny Botanical Gardens & Aviary. We all had pet birds perched on us…but Damian was special. He acquired a frisky bird that decided his top button wasn’t needed for their engagement session and playfully pulled it off! Next, we headed to Mary Cairncross Reserve to discover the rainforest full of native birds as well…and fortunately for me no leeches!!! (My #1 fear in life) We picnicked at sunset at the overlook of the Glass House Mountains. Such a perfect day with new friends! Excited about the wedding… now we just have to wait!!!
