An extended family session at Sherwood Arboretum is always something special. It’s not just about capturing one household—it’s about bringing grandparents, siblings, cousins, and even fur-babies in one place and celebrating that connection. This family session was the perfect example of how joyful it can be when everyone gathers. From group portraits under the big shady trees to smaller combinations—grandparents with grandchildren, siblings together, and individual family units—we captured a mix of memories that tell the bigger story. Sherwood Arboretum’s open lawns and peaceful riverside setting made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, while I focused on documenting the laughter, hugs, and those in-between candid moments that happen when the whole family comes together.
