Lovebirds Stationary by Tess | News

This post is a good reminder to my brides to bring your wedding stationary on your day if you’d like it photographed.  🙂  Tess is the originator and talent behind Lovebirds Stationary. I have about three months off a year from my seasonal work of shooting weddings and portraits. During these months I like to get out and meet the wedding community. I met up with Tess’ designs last winter and was excited to capture her line. Unfortunately the first shipment NEVER arrived during my ‘off season’ and her new cards did right as my wedding season hit in full swing!!! So here is a long over due and delayed presentation of a selection of Tess’ talent but hopefully these will catch your eye if you are planning a late fall or spring wedding. What initially drew my attention to her art was the paper stock. I am a graphic communications major (Clemson University… go tigers!) and find myself SUPER picky on quality stocks. LOVED LOVED LOVED everything about her lines.

(Rotate screen) This year I was a bit ambitious. In-between school drop off and pickup one day - I designed a “look book” for the sunflower festival. There is a spread that shows how the lighting in the field changes by the half hour and sun vs overcast days. I’ll have a copy at the photo sign in table and my pod for those that would like to turn it’s pages… and maybe even see yourself as I know I have a lot of repeat clients each festival 🌻
