Stephen + Lisa first appeared on the blog last August right before Stephen was deploying to Afghanistan. We did an Operation: Love Reunited session together and I was amazed at their love story. They hadn’t been together long but already knew they had met ‘the one’ for each other. Not even a week (I believe) after our session Stephen proposed, Lisa said “YES” and Stephen was deployed… Since then Lisa started a blog recounting her experiences through their separation, which has inspired many who are about to or are already themselves in a similar situation.
Last week Stephen came home for his R&R and this brings us to today. Rekindled love…. captured. They only have a few days left together before Stephen is once again gone. This day together will be remembered while they are apart and an album sent to Stephen overseas until he is home for good!
They plan to have their big wedding next June — I’m their photographer!!! So you’ll be seeing more of their cuteness. I love photographing them. 🙂

We only used a small part of the Wolcott House grounds…. but you can see how fabulous the backdrops are if you are going for a country setting.

Lisa is so tiny compared to Stephen. She was in ‘attack’ mode but Stephen didn’t really budge. Oh well Lisa… 🙂
